As an Analyst at Innovation Capital, Mr. Clark has over a year experience in Investment Banking. He has participated in a number of transactions including M&A advisory, debt and equity capital offerings, SPACs and private placements.

Prior to Innovation Capital, Mr. Clark served as an analyst for Eureka Capital Markets where he worked on a numerous transactions in the healthcare services industry.

Mr. Clark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond. In his spare time, he enjoys cheering on Boston sports teams, playing golf, pickup basketball, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
