Sue Fuller

As Managing Director at Innovation Capital, Sue Fuller brings more than 20 years of leadership in casino gaming financing where she was a senior officer in Wells Fargo’s gaming practice. She has developed a wealth of relationships, financing expertise, and a proven track record of success.  Throughout her career, Ms. Fuller has completed over 100 transactions, aggregating more than $5 billion in financings. Her notable past clients include Chickasaw Nation, Gaming Capital Group, Quapaw Nation, Hialeah Park, Peninsula Pacific, and Rush Street Gaming, among others.

Ms. Fuller specializes in mid-market debt financings encompassing acquisitions, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, and greenfield projects, leveraging her extensive expertise to deliver tailored financial solutions for her clients.

She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a degree in finance and a concentration in economics. Her academic pursuits continued with post-graduate studies at the Institute for the Study of Gambling and Commercial Gaming, where she deepened her understanding of the financial aspects of the gaming industry.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Fuller is passionate about outdoor activities, including running, skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking. She cherishes family time with her daughter and three grandsons, proudly celebrating their accomplishments. Splitting her time between Reno, Nevada, and McCloud, California, Ms. Fuller enjoys the best of both worlds, embracing the vibrant energy of city life and the serene beauty of rural living.
