Shannon Sharp

As Office Manager at Innovation Capital, Mrs. Sharp has extensive experience in finance, operations, and human resource management. Prior to joining Innovation Capital in 2017, Mrs. Sharp was the director of finance and operations at an international nonprofit where she was responsible for creating and managing a $2.0 million operating budget. Additionally, she led the organization through numerous clean audits, administered several international boards, and helped grow the organization’s revenue stream.

Mrs. Sharp earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Anthropology.
